Annual Marine Cargo Insurance
Convenient insurance of all shipments where the client's risk attaches during the policy period. Premium is by deposit, adjustable on actual declared value of annual shipments. Best suited to insurance of imports but can apply to exports.
HOME REMOVALS INSURANCE (for transits within Australia only)
Comprehensive door to door insurance of household goods. Benefits include an optional excess, all risks cover, even if owner-packed (provided you use a professional removalist), and most importantly new for old replacement for all items regardless of age.
INLAND TRANSIT
Single Transit Insurance
Insurance for a single sending of goods (other than home removals), or livestock, with a choice of five standard cover options. Individual terms and conditions may be arranged for sendings not catered for by standards covers.
Inland Transit Open Cover
Automatic insurance of goods, with monthly declarations of sendings and no deposit premium required.
Goods in Transit Insurance
Annual insurance of all transit of goods or livestock which commence during the policy period. Premium by deposit, adjustable on declared value of annual sendings. Two cover options, and a very wide transit clause, plus valuable free cover benefits.
Goods in Transit (Own Vehicles) Insurance
A simple and inexpensive annual cover for losses occurring to goods carried in any vehicle owned and/or operated by the Insured. This complements the cover provided by motor insurance on the vehicle. Flat premium on sum insured per vehicle, without the need to record and declare the value of goods carried.
Specified Items in Transit Insurnance
Annual cover for losses occurring during transit of any specified items likely to be regularly transported by registered road vehicles, including trailers. Simple and affordable insurance against major transit risks for all kinds of items, from tools of trade, computers and musical or other equipment, to boats or racing cars.
CARRIERS INSURANCE
Carriers Cargo Liability Insurance
Insures the liability of carriers for loss of or damage to goods carried and resulting liability for delay, loss of market or consequential loss. Includes approved legal costs. Available only to carriers using approved conditions of carriage.
Carriers Goods in Transit Insurance
A flexible insurance cover for customer's goods in transit, allowing the carrier to arrange compensation for goods lost or damaged irrespective of legal liability.
Premium for both these carriers policies is by deposit, adjustable on gross freight earnings.

Boat Insurance
The various forms of Boat and Marine Pleasurecraft insurance available includes :
Comprehensive Insurance
Accidental loss or damage cover, similar in scope to comprehensive motor vehicle cover. Also includes theft of the boat and/or its contents and personal effects, malicious damage and transit damage, if the boat is designed to be transported on its own trailer.
Third Party Only Insurance
For those who may only require this level of coverage, we offer a Policy which is restricted to damage or injury that you cause to a third party. There is no cover for your own boat under this option.
Extended Blue Water Yacht Racing Insurance(conditions apply)
We will extend your policy for Blue Water racing providing you and your boat meet our underwriting criteria. Determining factors may be, but are not limited to, the age and type of your mast, the type of rigging your boat has, and your own personal experience.
Blue Water Cruising Insurance (conditions apply)
We will extend your policy for Blue Water Cruising in international waters providing you and your boat meet our underwriting criteria. Determining factors may be, but are not limited to, the age, type and construction of your boat, as well as your own personal experience.
Commercial Use Insurance (conditions apply)
In certain circumstances, we will extend your policy to allow your boat to be involved in commercial activities. You will either be insured under our pleasure craft insurance policy with the appropriate endorsements, or under our unique commercial pleasure craft insurance policy.
Transit Risk Insurance
This is a cover provided for one-off type transit risks, for boats that are not designed to be normally transported on land eg. Large power boats and fixed keel yachts generally longer than 9.0metres. The policy is available for the requested duration of the transit.
Builders Risk Insurance
This cover is generally provided to owner/builders, or to professional builders who have been commissioned to build a one-off boat.
Demonstration Cover Insurance
This is a cover generally provided to retail marine dealers as a gap cover to protect their own boats and those they have on consignment whilst they are being demonstrated on water for the purposes of sale. The Nautilus Marine demonstration cover also allows for the personal use by the dealer principal or any nominated staff of the dealership of any boat owned by the dealership, and also the pick up and drop off of a boat after service or repair.
Stock Afloat Insurance
This is a cover generally provided to boat brokers operating out of a marina as a gap cover to protect their own boats and those they have on consignment for the purpose of sale, but only if those boats are not otherwise insured, and only while they are laid up afloat at the insureds marina, or the usual marina of the business’s operation.

Commercial Hull Insurance
This is an Insurance cover generally provided for hull risks and associated liabilities of all types of working vessels, from oyster punts to ocean liners, and including harbour craft, cargo and passenger carrying vessels.
Builders' Risks Insurance
This is an Insurance cover generally provided for vessels in the course of construction and available for single risks or as an open cover. Maintenance guarantee insurance is also available.
MARINE LIABILITY INSURANCE
Third Party Only Insurance
This is a Liability insurance cover generally provided for commercial vessels and pleasurecraft where hull insurance is not required. Useful cover for lower valued vessels and ship operators who don't own their vessels.
Shiprepairers' Liability Insurance
Affordable insurance for smaller or part-time ship repairers of potential liability for damage to vessels being worked upon, and for third party property damage, death or injury. Special extended cover is provided for larger yards or operators, eliminating the need for certain public liability insurances.
Marina Operators' Liability Insurance
To insure legal liabilities incurred for damage to vessels in the operator's care, custody and control and for third party death or injury.
Charterers' Liability Insurance
Essential protection against the risk of charterers incurring legal liabilities to the vessel, or cargo owners for loss or damage, or for third party, death or injury arising from the operation of chartered vessels.
Stevedores' Liability Insurance
Insurance against legal liabilities incurred for damage caused to vessels, to cargo being handled, to property (buildings, wharves etc.) or for third party death or injury.
Port Authorities' Liability Insurance
Separate insurance covers are available for small and for large ports including slipways, port operations, pilotage and port blockage.
